Move to the Groove: Legs Up the Wall



If you spend long hours sitting, or feel stress and anxiety, try Legs Up the Wall to relax your body and mind:


1. Find a wall and sit sideways, then lie back, swinging your legs up against the wall.

2. Adjust your position so your hips are as close to the wall as comfortable.

3. Relax your arms at your sides or place them on your belly.

4. Hold for 5-15 minutes, breathing deeply.


Benefits: This pose improves circulation, relieves lower back tension, and promotes relaxation, making it perfect for a quick desk break, or pre-sleep movement.


Soulful Reflections: The Power of Journaling


Journaling helps reduce stress and enhances mindfulness. It’s a space for self-expression and personal growth. While on the retreat we would discuss a prompt like the following each day, we encourage you to reflect on this prompt.



Journaling Prompt: “What makes you feel connected to the earth?”




Take a few moments to reflect and write your thoughts.


Adventure Awaits: Ice Bath's will be returning


Kathy and Rochelle are excited to say, another ice bath session will be at our 2025 retreat! This experience focuses on self-connection and breathe work. 2024 also had a lot of us experience emotional release, helping you push your limits.



Participants often feel rejuvenated and in tune with their bodies. Get ready for an unforgettable adventure!
